There are several ways to reach us at Blue Mountain Clinic. Our business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am - 6pm; Wednesday 9am - 5pm; and Friday 9am - 4pm. Our front desk staff members are happy to take your calls during these hours at 406-721-1646 or if you live outside Missoula you may call us toll free at 1-800-727-2546. After hours you may leave a message on our voicemail system and the clinician on call will be paged. If you need to reach us by fax, our number is 406-543-9890. Directions
We are located in Missoula, Montana off West Broadway. Our facility is across the street from Hoagieville, two blocks east of the Russell and Broadway intersection.
If you are traveling east on I-90 take the Orange Street exit off the freeway. At the stop sign make a right turn onto Orange Street. Follow Orange Street to Broadway. Make a right turn onto Broadway. Follow Broadway through one traffic light. At the next traffic light, make a left turn onto California Street. (California is the second traffic light after you turn right onto Broadway). Our building is on the left, behind a tall fence, less than one block in on California Street. Make a left turn into our parking lot.
If you are traveling west on I-90 take the Orange Street exit off the freeway. At the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, make a left turn onto Orange Street. Follow Orange Street to Broadway. Make a right turn onto Broadway. Follow Broadway through one traffic light. At the next traffic light, make a left turn onto California Street. (California is the second traffic light after you turn right onto Broadway.) Our building is on the left less than one block in on California Street. Make a left turn into our parking lot.
